Itinerary
Day 1 — Casablanca & Rabat
Arrival & the Atlantic Coast Your guide meets you at Casablanca airport or hotel. Depending on your arrival time, visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque before continuing to Rabat — Morocco’s capital. Explore the Royal Palace area, Hassan Tower, and the charming Oudayas Kasbah. Drive continues to Chefchaouen for overnight.
Day 2 — Chefchaouen & Fes
Blue Streets to Ancient Medinas Enjoy a relaxed morning in Chefchaouen — wander the blue-washed lanes, take photos, sip mint tea. In the afternoon, travel south via the Roman ruins of Volubilis and the imperial city of Meknes before arriving in Fes for overnight.
Day 3 — Fes
A Day in the Ancient Medina Spend a full day exploring Fes with a licensed local guide. Walk through the labyrinthine medina, visit the Al-Qarawiyyin area, the famous tanneries, and vibrant artisan quarters. One of the most enriching days of the journey. Overnight in Fes.
Day 4 — Fes to Merzouga
Into the Sahara A scenic drive south through the cedar forests near Azrou, the mountain town of Midelt, and the dramatic Ziz Valley. Arrive in Merzouga by late afternoon, mount your camel, and ride into the dunes as the sun sets. Spend the night in your desert camp.
Day 5 — Merzouga to Ouarzazate
Gorges, Valleys & Kasbahs Wake up in the Sahara and begin the journey west through Rissani, the breathtaking Todra Gorges, and the Dades Valley. The route winds through some of Morocco’s most dramatic kasbah scenery before arriving in Ouarzazate for overnight.
Day 6 — Ouarzazate to Marrakech
Kasbahs & the High Atlas Morning visit to Atlas Film Studios and the ancient Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah — a UNESCO site. Then cross the High Atlas Mountains through the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass before descending into Marrakech. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 7 — Marrakech · City Tour & Departure
A guided half-day tour of Marrakech: Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Madrasa, the souks, and the legendary Jemaa el-Fna square. Transfer to Marrakech airport, your Marrakech hotel, Casablanca airport, or Casablanca hotel — based on your departure plans.
