By booking a tour with Morocco Extra Tours, you accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all other participants included in your reservation. Once you agree to all details of the proposal, Morocco Extra Tours will issue an invoice containing payment instructions. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 20% to 30% deposit of the total invoice amount. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on the day of the tour.

Booking Changes & Cancellations

If changes to your booking cannot be made for any reason, you may continue with your original travel arrangements or cancel based on the cancellation terms below.
If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation notice:

  • 30 days or more before the tour start date: Only the deposit is retained.
  • Less than 30 days before the start date: No refund is possible (full payment required).

We cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, or additional expenses—and no refunds will be issued—if your holiday is affected by events outside our control. These include, but are not limited to: war, threat of war, civil unrest, airport closures, industrial action, terrorism or threat of terrorism, natural disasters, or any situation classified by the Commonwealth and Foreign Office (UK) as unsafe for travel.

Special Requirements

Please inform us before confirming your booking if you have any special requirements, such as dietary restrictions, medical needs, mobility assistance, or other conditions. We will share this information with our suppliers to ensure a comfortable and safe experience.

Any preferences (such as hotel location or bed configuration) should be indicated at the time of booking. While we will do our best to meet your requests, we cannot guarantee fulfillment, and no compensation will be provided if specific preferences cannot be arranged.

Transportation

All vehicles used by Morocco Extra Tours are fully insured and licensed as tourist transport, authorized to carry the appropriate number of passengers.

Travel Insurance

All participants must have suitable and adequate travel insurance covering:

  • Personal belongings (including money and passport)
  • Personal accident or injury
  • Medical expenses and repatriation
  • Emergency medical or air ambulance services (minimum medical/repatriation cover of €5,000)

We strongly recommend adding cancellation insurance.
Please ensure your policy covers activities such as camel riding, horse riding, trekking, quad biking, and other excursions that may take place over rough terrain or at altitudes above 2,000 meters.

Liability

Morocco Extra Tours assumes no responsibility for personal injury, illness, death, accident, damage, or loss incurred during your trip. We act solely as an agent and are not liable for the actions of third-party service providers, including carriers, accommodation providers, guides, activity organizers, and transportation companies.

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for issues that occur without fault on the part of Morocco Extra Tours. Note that safety and operational standards of local suppliers may differ from those in your home country.

Itinerary Changes

All elements of your itinerary are subject to change due to conditions beyond our control—such as weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or driver health. Morocco Extra Tours reserves the right to make last-minute itinerary adjustments when necessary. The driver or guide may make real-time logistical decisions based on local conditions and professional judgment.

While we strive to ensure you reach your onward travel connections on time, delays can occur. We strongly recommend scheduling onward travel no earlier than the day following the end of your tour.

Cycling & Safety Equipment

For cycling activities, please note that the availability and quality of protective headgear may vary. We cannot guarantee that helmets provided locally will meet your country’s safety standards. We recommend bringing your own equipment if required.

Travel Documents

Please ensure you have all necessary travel documents before arriving in Morocco:

  • A valid passport (valid through your return date and containing a blank page for the entry stamp)
  • A confirmed return/onward ticket
  • Any required visas based on your nationality

It is your responsibility to confirm and comply with all passport and visa requirements. Morocco Extra Tours is not liable for missed holidays or repatriation costs resulting from failure to meet entry requirements.

Privacy & Use of Information

We are committed to safeguarding your private and confidential information. Personal data collected during booking will be used solely for arranging reservations with hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers. Your special requirements will only be shared with relevant parties to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Morocco Extra Tours may use photographs or case studies from your tour on our website and social media platforms for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us at the time of booking.

Complaints

If you encounter any issues during your tour, please inform your driver, guide, or accommodation provider immediately so they can attempt to resolve the matter.
If the issue cannot be resolved locally, contact our office with full details of your complaint. Addressing concerns while you are on the tour gives us the best chance to fix any problems.

We want your visit to Morocco to be enjoyable and will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
